The Bridge is seeking a compassionate and skilled Therapist to provide trauma-informed, evidence-based services to survivors of domestic and sexual violence. This role delivers individual, family, and group therapy, supporting clients in achieving safety, stability, and progress toward their personal goals.
The Therapist conducts comprehensive intakes and clinical assessments, formulates diagnoses using DSM criteria, and develops individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs. Additional responsibilities include maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and participating in case consultations to ensure coordinated care.
This role requires a commitment to professional growth and staying current with best practices in trauma- informed care, while actively supporting the mission and community impact of The Bridge.
