Job summary

Rawhide Youth Services in Oshkosh, WI, seeks a part-time Fee-for-Service Therapist to provide individual, group, and family therapy at our outpatient clinic and, when feasible, partner with local school staff to support students.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling, WI licensure or eligibility (LPC/LCSW/LMFT), and experience with youth, families, and trauma-informed care. Strong communication and flexible, collaborative approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field required.
• LICENSURE or licensure eligibility in Wisconsin (LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
• Experience with youth, families and trauma-informed care strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy at the outpatient clinic.
• Create personalized treatment plans for youth and families.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and school staff when feasible.
• Maintain accurate client documentation and participate in required trainings.
