Job summary

Rawhide Youth Services in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a part-time Fee-for-Service Therapist to provide individual, group, and family therapy at our outpatient clinic. The role may involve partnering with local school staff to bring mental health support to students, with a focus on trauma-informed care.

You will shape your schedule with flexible hours, deliver services including equine-assisted therapy at Milwaukee Urban Stables, maintain documentation, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Licensure or licensure eligibility in Wisconsin (LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
• Experience working with youth, families, and trauma-informed care.
• Strong communication skills and adaptability to various settings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver therapy sessions at the outpatient clinic (individual, group, and family).
• Create personalized treatment plans for youth and families.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for holistic care.
• Maintain accurate and timely client documentation.
