Job summary

Northwood Health Systems in Kentucky seeks a dedicated therapist to join our expanding behavioral health team for a meaningful clinical role, where compassionate care and collaboration are core. You will perform patient evaluations and clinical assessments, participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning, provide individual psychotherapy, and facilitate group therapy across care levels.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Human Services field.
• Experience with Group & Individual Therapy.
• WV licensure or willing to obtain WV licensure.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations and clinical assessments with diagnostic impression and treatment recommendations.
• Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning.
• Provide individual psychotherapy services and maintain a patient caseload.
• Facilitate group psychotherapy services across a variety of care levels and populations.
• Perform civil commitment examinations.
• Deliver individual clinical supervision to staff therapists in a professional license track.
