Job summary

Red River Youth Academy is seeking a dedicated Therapist (LPC or LCSW) to join our multidisciplinary team. The role focuses on providing essential mental health services to clients as they adjust to a drug-free lifestyle and work toward personal goals.

Responsibilities include conducting individual and group therapy, developing tailored treatment plans, and collaborating with the treatment team to ensure comprehensive care. A Master's degree and Oklahoma licensure (or supervision) are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• LPC or LCSW license in Oklahoma, or under supervision for clinical hours (LPC supervision provided).
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must pass background check and drug test.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
