Job summary

Red River Youth Academy is seeking a dedicated Therapist (LPC or LCSW) to provide essential mental health services within our multidisciplinary team. You will conduct individual and group therapy, develop personalized treatment plans, and support clients in adjusting to a drug-free lifestyle.

The role requires a Master's degree in Counseling or Social Work and an Oklahoma LPC/LCSW license (supervision available for hours).

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Oklahoma, or under supervision for clinical hours (LPC supervision provided)
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must pass background check and drug test
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
