Job summary

Red River Youth Academy is seeking a dedicated Therapist (LPC or LCSW) to join our multidisciplinary team and provide essential mental health services to our clients. The role focuses on individualized care, group sessions, and helping clients adopt a drug-free lifestyle.

Applicants must hold an LPC or LCSW in Oklahoma (supervision available for hours), have a Master’s in counseling or social work, be at least 21, and pass a background check and drug test.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Oklahoma, or under supervision for clinical hours (LPC supervision provided).
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must pass background check and drug test.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions with clients.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with other treatment team members to provide comprehensive care.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and progress.

Salary Range for full time: $50,000-$70,000 depending on experience
