We are looking for a full-time therapist to join our Residential Treatment Team, working with children and families engaged in clinical services through our residential programs.

Our full-time therapists are masters level practitioners with Kansas BSRB licensure that allows for treatment of mental health disorders. An additional credential for addictions is preferred.
As a Therapist for Pathway Family Service, you will work directly with children and adolescents, and their families, in our residential treatment programs. Assisting them in learning skills to maintain stability and permanency in the home. We provide Individual, Family, and Group Therapy. Schedules are flexible, we adapt to meet the needs of specific clients.
We are looking for someone who is compassionate and wants to help families build on their strengths for healthy, long-lasting relationships, and help connect them with community resources to improve their lives. We want someone who has a desire to help children and families grow.
