Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive clinical assessments.
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans.

Compensation

• $48,000 annualized (unlicensed Therapist)
• $54,000 annualized (Associate Level Therapist)
• $70,000 annualized (Independent Level Therapist)

Minimum Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited college in a behavioral health field.
• Actively engaged in the process of becoming licensed in an appropriate discipline (counseling, marriage and family therapy or social work) by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners; must be licensed within six (6) months of hire.

Additional Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age and possess a valid AZ driver’s license with a clean or acceptable driving record.
• Applicants must be able to pass a pre‑employment drug screen.

This is an in‑person position at an outpatient clinic.
