Therapists at Comprehensive utilize evidence‑based practices to provide clients and their families with support in learning new skills and connecting to community resources. Counseling and skill development may be provided through individual or group sessions, depending on need. Therapist positions require excellent listening and communication skills, as well as a desire to collaborate to assist each client with reaching their recovery goals. Clinical supervision and training in evidence‑based practices are provided as part of this position. We currently have Therapist positions available with our Outpatient team in Ellensburg, which serves children, families and adults who are experiencing a wide variety of mental health diagnoses, including some individuals with co‑occurring substance use disorders. The Therapist for the outpatient team will be onsite to work with clients at our outpatient clinic, with a regular Monday‑Friday 8‑hour work schedule.
