People don't heal in isolation—and neither do clinicians. As a Therapist with THRIVE Wellness and Recovery, you'll join a team that believes in meeting people where they are, celebrating progress over perfection, and creating a space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered.
Imagine stepping into a role where you're trusted as the expert. You'll work with the modalities that best fit your clients, the flexibility of hybrid scheduling options, and the support of a multidisciplinary team that genuinely has your back. Here, collaboration isn't just encouraged—it's part of how we help both our clients and our clinicians thrive.
Your time is focused on what matters most: building meaningful therapeutic relationships. You'll typically provide 25–35 client sessions each week, including one group session, with 45-minute appointments designed to foster connection rather than rushed conversations. You'll manage a caseload of approximately 80–90 active clients, working alongside medical providers, case managers, peers, and fellow clinicians to deliver truly person-centered, trauma-informed care.
If you've been looking for a place that values your expertise, supports your professional growth, and where compassion is backed by action, you've found it. Come do the work you love with a team that believes in it just as much as you do—and help people not just survive, but truly THRIVE.
