About the Role

A leading private mental health practice in Chicago is seeking a compassionate and experienced Fertility / Family Forming Therapist to join their team full-time. This is a unique opportunity for a licensed clinician who is passionate about reproductive and maternal mental health and values clinical autonomy, professional growth, and a supportive, mission-driven environment.

Our practice specializes in working with individuals, couples, and groups navigating fertility challenges, pregnancy loss, and family formation. We proudly serve a diverse population and provide care through a culturally sensitive and systemic lens.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct intake assessments and provide ongoing individual and couples therapy
• Specialize in issues related to fertility, pregnancy loss, and family building
• Utilize a systemic and multicultural approach in all clinical work
• (Optional) Perform third-party reproductive assessments
• Participate in case consultation and continuing education opportunities

Ideal Candidate

• Holds an active clinical license (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or equivalent) in Illinois
• Has experience in reproductive mental health, including infertility and pregnancy loss
• Demonstrates cultural competence and experience working with diverse populations
• Possesses strong organizational and self-management skills
• Is interested in or has experience conducting third-party reproductive assessments
• Willing to offer at least one evening therapy session per week
