NeuroPsychiatric Hospitals (NPH) is seeking licensed therapists to join our clinical team. The therapist will provide daily individual and group counseling, contribute to treatment planning, and coordinate care under the Director of Clinical Services.

We emphasize trauma-informed care, patient safety, and clear communication. Master’s degree holders in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology with relevant licenses are encouraged to apply; NPH offers supervision, competitive salary, comprehensive

Qualifications

• Master’s in Social Work (MSW), Counseling, Psychology, or related human services field is required.
• Candidates with a Master’s Degree in Counseling: associate license OR full counseling license required.
• Candidates with a Master’s Degree in Social Work: associate or temporary license in the state of employment required, full license preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a behavioral healthcare or acute psychiatric setting preferred.
• Experience developing and administering treatment plans and conducting individual and group counseling.

Responsabilités

• Accountable for overall treatment planning efforts, care conferences with families and providers, psychosocial needs and completion.
• Coordinate and facilitate the development of a discharge plan of care for the patient population which includes accountability for the complex discharge process.
• Ensure the experience of care for the patient and family is exceptional.

Doctors NeuroPsychiatric Hospital is adding therapists to our growing clinical servicesteam to provide outstanding care to our patients and their families in their recovery journey. The therapist will provide daily individual and group counseling along with best-in-class treatment planning and care coordination under the guidance of the Director of Clinical Services. Therapists are Master's prepared clinicians with a focus on trauma informed care, compassion, and patient safety.

Responsibilities
