NeuroPsychiatric Hospitals in Indiana is expanding its nurse team, adding Registered Nurses for DAY shifts to provide life changing care to patients with behavioral and mental health needs. Shifts are 12 hours from 7:00 to 7:00 with rotating weekends.

We offer competitive pay, with new hourly rates $40-$45, plus a $5 night differential, and a $15,000 sign-on bonus paid in two installments. Benefits include medical/dental/vision after 30 days, a 401(k) with company match, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of Nursing.
• Must have a valid Indiana RN license.
• One year of mental/behavioral, med-surg, or related nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

We are growing our nurse team at NPH! We are adding Registered Nurses (RNS) for DAY shifts to help us provide life changing care for those receiving treatment for behavioral and mental health symptoms. We are looking for RNs for who can work FULL TIME. Shifts are 12-hours from 700-700 and have a rotating weekends. We would love you to join us and save lives!

• New hourly rates between $40 - $45 per hour based on experience
• $5 per hour night shift differential, $7 weekend day shift(Sat and Sun) and $10 weekend night shift diff
• 15,000 Sign on bonus paid out half at 6 months and half at 12 months for Full Time Employment on the Day Shift

The RN functions under general supervision and direction of the Director of Nursing

• Plans, directs, evaluates and documents all aspects of patient care, in accordance with regulatory requirements, established policy and hospital values and philosophy.
• Assesses the needs of patients and initiates, implements and evaluates individualized plans of care.
• Relates effectively with other shifts for continuity of care. Maintains satisfactory relations with other departments and nursing units.
• Participates in all phases of education, maintenance of records, and skills of personnel.

Education Must be a graduate from an accredited school of Nursing

License Must have a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license from the state of Indiana
