Job summary

Join Aspiranet as a Therapeutic Youth Counselor I (TYC I) at the new Hope Forward Campus in Turlock, CA. You will provide direct care and support to youth, helping them achieve structure and stability through daily routines and therapeutic interventions.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping youth, ideally holding a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Enjoy a part-time schedule with competitive pay rates between $21.00 and $23.00 per hour and numerous opportunities for growth and development within a supportive community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
• Experience in child welfare or as a mentor/caregiver for youth.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care for up to four youth daily.
• Implement trauma-responsive treatment plans.
• Collaborate with behavioral health professionals.
