Responsibilities

• Engages in skilled interaction with participants who require therapeutic supports.
• Transports participants to community sites using company vehicles.
• Completes documentation and tracking timely and accurately.
• Reports incidents and changes to supervisor in a timely manner.
• Implements Individual Treatment/Behavior Plans and behavior intervention strategies.
