Qualifications

• Current Vermont Professional Educator License with a Special Educator endorsement.
• Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field.
• Experience providing individualized instruction and educational case management.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary therapeutic environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the educational case manager for assigned students.
• Develop, implement, monitor, and revise IEPs per IDEA and VT regulations.
• Coordinate educational services with families and sending districts.
• Deliver differentiated instruction aligned with VT standards.
• Collaborate with clinicians, residential staff, and families to support goals.
