Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, teaching coping strategies and self-regulation, and documenting progress while collaborating with families and clinical supervisors to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prior experience with children/adolescents or behavioral health.
• Strong trauma-informed care and youth development knowledge.
• Excellent communication, patience, and interpersonal skills.
• Maintain professional boundaries while building trust with youth.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
