Qualifications

• Experience working with youth with behavioral and emotional challenges preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, interdisciplinary environment.

Responsibilities

• Support classroom instruction and student learning under the direction of the classroom teacher.
• Assist with implementing lesson plans, classroom routines, and behavioral programming.
• Utilize schoolwide behavior management expectations across all settings.
• Record and maintain student data and documentation.
• Help maintain a structured, engaging, data-driven, and therapeutic classroom environment.
• Collaborate with teachers, residential staff, and other school professionals.
