Qualifications

• High School Diploma or HSE is required.
• Must have a Montana Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
• Background check for criminal and protective services acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Work independently in a specified location/region.
• Travel to client or service area by personal or AWARE vehicle.
• Lead and instruct participants in gaining life skills.
• Plan and lead recreational activities for clients.
• Implement interventions sensitive to client age, culture, and abilities.
• Model engagement by participating in activities with clients to promote healthy skills.
• Assist in creating intervention protocols with short-term goals.
• Observe client response and communicate findings to TRPD and treatment team.
• Document intervention outcomes in the EHR per policy.
• Provide client information to TRPD for transition or discharge planning.
