Responsibilities

• Assesses the consumer’s interests, skill levels, barriers to recovery and recreation participation.
• Utilizes assessment data to design appropriate recreation activities and plans.
• Plans and develops activities according to rehabilitation needs and monitors progress.
• Teaches consumers skills to transition to a less restrictive setting and assists with program development.

Education

Bachelor Degree in Mental Health discipline, education, or related field
