• Assesses the consumer’s interests, skill levels, barriers to recovery and recreation participation.
• Utilizes assessment data to design appropriate recreation activities.
• Plans and develops activities according to the consumers rehabilitation needs.
• Provides ongoing monitoring and interaction with consumers.
• Demonstrates crisis de-escalation and safety procedures when needed.
• Documents progress and maintains privacy and confidentiality.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Mental Health discipline, education, or related field; CTRS Certification is preferred
