CRi - Community Residences, Inc. seeks a Therapeutic Recreation professional to assess needs and plan individualized RT interventions in home and community settings.

You will collaborate with individuals, families, and an interdisciplinary team to implement therapy and adapt activities to promote function and engagement. The role emphasizes person-centered practice, rights, dignity, and compliance with DBHDS, Medicaid, and ICF regulations, with a 40-hour week and a 11am–7pm shift, plus one

Formación

• Strong clinical documentation, assessment, and person-centered planning skills.
• Knowledge and experience providing high-intensity behavioral supports required.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record; experience with intellectual disabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Assess individuals to determine strengths, needs, interests, and functional abilities.
• Develop individualized RT Support Plans based on records and collaboration with individual, family, and team.
• Implement therapeutic recreation interventions in various home/community settings with necessary adaptations.
• Monitor progress and modify interventions with the interdisciplinary team.
• Complete clinical documentation in accordance with policy and regulatory requirements.
