Qualifications

• High School Diploma or HSE required; past employment experience preferred.
• Must have or be willing to obtain Montana Driver's License and acceptable driving record.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Work independently in assigned location/region.
• Travel to client or service area by personal or AWARE vehicle.
• Lead and instruct participants in life skills.
• Plan and lead recreational activities.
• Implement interventions sensitive to client age and background.
• Model engagement to promote positive lifestyle skills.
• Assist in creating intervention protocols with short-term goals.
• Document intervention outcomes in EHR per policy.
