Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, supervise, and evaluate resident activity programs.
• Plan and deliver person-centered group, individual, in-room, and offsite activities.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to integrate recreation into care plans.
• Oversee, train, and motivate TR staff and volunteers; manage department budget.
• Ensure safety, infection control standards, and a positive, inclusive work environment.
