Job summary

Intent Clinical is seeking a part-time, PRN Therapeutic Recovery Coach in Port St. Lucie, FL. You will conduct biopsychosocial assessments, consults, and coordination of educational, vocational, and social needs for clients with behavioral health challenges.

The role emphasizes crisis management, client confidentiality, and collaboration with a treatment team, with flexible scheduling and on-site community-based assignments.

Qualifications

• One year or more of direct client experience in behavioral health or related fields.
• One year or more of experience with clients with substance use disorder.
• Ability to calmly manage client crises as they arise.
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Participating in initial consults and writing corresponding consult reports.
• Completing biopsychosocial assessments on clients.
• Reviewing past treatment records and contacting clinical providers.
• Coordinating comprehensive consultations addressing educational, vocational, recreational and social needs.
• Facilitating communication between treatment team, client and family coach.
• Assisting in school program selection and school plan coordination.
• Assessing vocational interests and assisting in job search.
