Job summary

Intent Clinical is seeking a part-time, PRN Therapeutic Recovery Coach in Minneapolis, MN. The role focuses on biopsychosocial assessments, consult coordination, and bridging clinical services with educational, vocational, and social plans.

The ideal candidate has at least a year of behavioral health client experience, a Bachelor's degree, strong crisis management abilities, and a valid driver's license. Flexible, independent work with supervisory support is offered.

Qualifications

• One year or more of direct client experience in behavioral health or related fields.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required.
• Ability to calmly and flexibly manage client crises as they arise.
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record.
• Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently.
• Knowledge of mental health diagnoses and behavioral health treatments.
• Comfort with technology for day-to-day tasks (e.g., Microsoft Office, Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Participate in initial consults and write consult reports.
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments on clients.
• Review past treatment records and contact clinical providers.
• Coordinate a comprehensive consultation addressing educational, vocational, recreational, and social needs.
• Define clinical services and frequency; facilitate communication between treatment team, client, and family coach.
• Assist in selecting school programs and supporting school plans.
• Assess vocational interests and support finding and keeping a job.
• Explore client interests in cultural, sports, and artistic pursuits.
• Develop skills for healthy behaviors and build a positive support network.
• Create and monitor short- and long-term client goal plans; document progress daily.
• Meet with clients 1-5 times per week in community or home settings.
• Provide connections to community resources, treatment options, and peer supports.
• Provide observed in-home drug testing and Soberlink monitoring if appropriate.
• Offer emergency support, on-call availability, and transportation as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
