Qualifications

• Four or more years’ experience working with the population of the facility required.
• One or more years’ supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and coordinate the activities of the facility's therapeutic programs.
• Develop and maintain administrative and clinical operations that provide quality care and outcomes for the patients.
• Oversee the program's budget and policies; manage staff involved in service delivery.
• Develop and implement procedures to ensure efficient operations, including scheduling, registration, discharge and billing processes.
• Provide staff management including hiring, development, training and performance management.
• Develop and implement treatment plans and maintain charts/records.
• Serve as liaison with other staff on regulatory standards and clinical specialty.
• Ensure programs comply with environmental, safety and infection control requirements.
• Provide outreach services in area of clinical specialty.
