Qualifications

• One or more years’ supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain administrative and clinical operations to provide quality care and outcomes.
• Contribute to planning and implementation of program goals, resources and equipment.
• Oversee program budget and staff involved in service delivery.
• Develop procedures to improve program efficiency and coordinate care delivery.
• Provide staff management including hiring, training and performance management.
• Develop treatment plans and audit charts for clients.
• Liaise with other staff on regulatory standards and scope of clinical specialty.
• Ensure policies align with environmental, safety and infection-control requirements.
• Provide outreach services as needed and address patient safety concerns.
