Omni Family of Services seeks a Therapeutic Mentor (Part-Time) to build positive relationships with youth and support their growth at home, school, and in the community.

Ideal candidates may be students or early-career professionals in psychology, social work, counseling, education, or related fields seeking hands-on experience with flexible hours and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 21 years old.
• Valid Ohio driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must pass background checks and a drug test (including THC).
• Reliable smartphone and basic computer skills.
• Availability after school, evenings, and occasional weekends.
• Experience working with youth or families preferred.

What You'll Do

• Mentor and coach youth using trauma-informed, strengths-based approaches.

• Collaborate with families, therapists, schools, and other providers.
• Complete documentation and provide transportation to appointments and activities as needed.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED required. Associate's or bachelor's degree (or currently enrolled) in psychology, social work, counseling, education, criminal justice, or a related field preferred.
• At least 21 years old.
• Valid Ohio driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must be able to pass background checks and a drug test, including but not limited to THC.

• Availability after school, evenings, and occasional weekends.
• Experience working with youth or families preferred.

Schedule

• School Year: Most services occur after 3:30 p.m. in approximately 3-hour blocks.
• Summer: Flexible daytime and evening hours available.
• Flexibility to make your own schedule!
