RHA Health Services, LLC is seeking a Therapeutic In-Home Coach for the START Program in Fayetteville, NC and surrounding areas. The role supports individuals with developmental disabilities and mental health challenges through in-home and community-based therapeutic interventions.

Pay rate is $20.00 per hour. Requires a bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field with 2 years’ experience with the served population. Comprehensive benefits are provided for full-time employees.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, Social Work or other Human Service related field required with 2 years’ experience with population served preferred
• Experience serving individuals with intellectual developmental disability and mental health populations
• Ability to work in home and community settings and collaborate with families and providers

Mansioni

• Coaches work with in-home or other community settings to create and implement person-specific and crisis therapeutic interventions and communicate these interventions with primary caregivers.
• Coaches contribute to crisis stabilization and prevention by providing hands-on assistance and education to families.
• Coach participates as part of START services that collaborate with the individual’s primary provider and clinical home, community crisis services, family and others.
• Offer consultation and hands-on education with entire family and support system to create a safe, nurturing environment.
• Assists individuals with daily activities, behavioral health needs, and health, wellness, and leisure activities.
