Job summary

Easterseals PORT Health in Raleigh, NC seeks a Licencing Coordinator to recruit, license, and support Therapeutic Foster Parents, ensuring compliance with state regulations. You will conduct training, oversee background checks, and maintain audit-ready licensing files while providing ongoing support to families.

The role requires coordination of visits and licensing processes, plus on-call rotation for emergencies. This is a full-time, 9am-5pm role with some evenings for training and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, license, and maintain a caseload of Therapeutic Foster Parents with compliance to state regulations.
• Deliver required pre-service and ongoing training and track licensure for foster families.
• Conduct mandatory background checks and maintain audit-ready licensing files and documentation.
• Provide ongoing support to foster parents through regular communication, visits, and monitoring of service delivery.
• Ensure adherence to DSS, Mental Health, HIPAA, and ESPH standards and keep leadership informed.
