Meritan, Inc. in Memphis, TN is seeking a Case Manager for Therapeutic Foster Care. You will support foster families and children with emotional, behavioral, and medical needs, acting as the child’s advocate and assessing needs on an ongoing basis, while linking to a range of community agencies.

The role is full-time with a focus on compassionate care, smaller caseloads, and collaboration with partners to improve outcomes for vulnerable youth in the state foster care system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.

Responsibilities

• Support foster families and children with emotional, behavioral, and/or medical issues.
• Advocate for the child and assess health and social needs on an initial and continuing basis.
• Make linkages to a variety of community agencies and services.
