The Therapeutic Education Manager (TEM) is a key field-based member of the US Rare Blood Disorders Patient Services team. The TEM provides disease and product information and ongoing support to ITP and aTTP patients.
The TEM establishes and maintains relationships with healthcare professionals to provide education, ensuring a seamless patient experience. They are experts on disease state, product, administration, and services.
The TEM collaborates with cross-functional teams to facilitate timely access to therapy and ensures compliance with all policies and regulations.
Knowledge, Skills & Competencies:
This position is eligible for a company car through the FLEET program, subject to safety training and driving record standards.
