The Therapeutic Education Manager (TEM) is a key field-based member of the US Rare Blood Disorders Patient Services team. The TEM provides disease and product information and ongoing support, when appropriate, to ITP and aTTP patients.
The TEM establishes and maintains strong working relationships with relevant healthcare provider (HCP) staff to provide education and ensure a seamless experience for patients. He/she is a subject matter expert on disease state, product, administration, and services.
The TEM collaborates with cross-functional team members to facilitate timely and ongoing access to therapy and must ensure full compliance with all corporate, industry policies, legal, and regulatory requirements for all field activities.

This position is eligible for a company car through the FLEET program. Candidates must complete fleet safety training and maintain an acceptable driving record.
