Qualifications

• Familiar with HACCP and food safety guidelines.
• Flexible regarding weekdays, weekends, evenings or nights.

Responsibilities

• Prepare therapeutic and modified diets for patients according to menus and orders.
• Follow menus, recipes, and oral instructions to prepare various foods.
• Serve appropriate portions based on menu specifications.
• Plan timing of preparation to ensure food satisfaction and quality.
• Maintain taste, texture, temperature and appearance of meals.
