Responsibilities

• Visit patients daily and provide menus and explanations of meal service.
• Review prescribed diet orders and ensure meals meet restrictions.
• Collect patient food preferences and allergies; obtain meal selections.
• Enter selections into Computrition and verify accuracy.
• Assist with processing food requests, printing tickets, and answering meal service calls.
• Deliver meals to the unit when assigned.
