Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of six months paid quantity food preparation experience.
• Must have training in quantity food preparation, sanitation and safety.
• Prefer some knowledge of therapeutic diets.
• Able to read, write, and follow written and oral instructions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve various food items.
• Report exposures to blood, body fluids, infectious materials, and hazardous chemicals to the Director of Food Services.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and established policies.
• Prepare meals in accordance with planned menus and portion controls.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas and assist with inventory and storage.
