Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience: Preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutically correct meal items for patients.
• Answer room service calls and use room service software accurately.
• Assist patients with meals per their diet orders.
• Monitor for drug-nutrient interactions and food allergies.
• Communicate with Dietitians and staff to meet patient needs.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to boost satisfaction.
