Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Massachusetts DESE licensure in Moderate Special Needs, 5th–12th.
• Candidates with dual licensure in Moderate Special Needs and at least one additional core content area are highly desired.
• Bilingual or multilingual ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Co-design and adapt a comprehensive curriculum to meet daily and personalized learning needs via individual, small, and whole group activities.
• Collaborate with families/guardians, sending districts, and providers to develop and implement IEPs.
• Develop and implement student-centered assessments and sustainable data systems to inform instruction and progress reports.
• Complete necessary documentation and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Participate in professional development and community events; adapt to evolving school needs.
