Job summary

ViaQuest Psychiatric & Behavioral Solutions is hiring for a full-time Therapeutic Behavioral Services role in Marion, Ohio. You will work with licensed clinicians to support individuals across age groups, developing care plans and providing crisis prevention services.

Travel throughout the service area is expected, with a comprehensive benefits package and structured training. Join a collaborative team including counselors, social workers, NPs, case managers and psychiatrists to improve daily

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, or a high school diploma with 3+ years of relevant field experience.
• Valid driver's license, car insurance and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel throughout assigned service area.

Responsibilities

• Provide Therapeutic Behavioral Services to clients by consulting with a licensed clinician to assist with the individual's needs.
• Provide service planning for individualized supports or care coordinator of healthcare, behavioral health, non-healthcare services and development of a treatment plan.
• Provide linkage, interventions, treatment options, restoration of daily life skills and crisis prevention services.
• Provide services to individual clients or groups of clients.
• Promote a positive and cooperative relationship with all outside contacts.
