Job summary

ViaQuest Psychiatric & Behavioral Solutions is hiring to deliver Therapeutic Behavioral Services across a diverse client base, including children and adults with various behavioral health needs. You will collaborate with licensed clinicians to tailor treatment plans and support daily life skills, while engaging with families and community contacts.

Ideal candidates have related experience or training in mental health, plus a willingness to travel within the assigned service area.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in related field, or high school diploma with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Related experience or training with mental or behavioral health conditions.
• Valid driver's license, car insurance and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel throughout assigned service area.

Responsibilities

• Provide Therapeutic Behavioral Services to clients by consulting with a licensed clinician to assist with the individual's needs.
• Provide service planning for individualized supports or care coordination of healthcare, behavioral health, non-healthcare services and development of a treatment plan.
• Provide linkage, interventions, treatment options, restoration of daily life skills and crisis prevention services.
• Provide services to individual clients or groups of clients.
• Promote a positive and cooperative relationship with all outside contacts.
