Job summary

ViaQuest Psychiatric & Behavioral Solutions in Ohio is seeking a dedicated professional to provide Therapeutic Behavioral Services under supervision. You will assist with treatment planning, link clients to appropriate services, and promote supportive daily living skills, with a focus on compassionate, individualized care.

Successful candidates will have at least a bachelor's or master's in a related field or equivalent experience; travel within the service area is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Bachelor's or Master's level degree in a related field or a high school diploma or three or more years of relevant field experience.
• Related experience or training with mental or behavioral health conditions.
• Valid driver's license, car insurance and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel throughout assigned service area.

Responsibilities

• Provide Therapeutic Behavioral Services to clients by consulting with a licensed clinician to assist with the individual's needs.
• Provide service planning for individualized supports or care coordination of healthcare, behavioral health, non-healthcare services and development of a treatment plan.
• Provide linkage, interventions, treatment options, restoration of daily life skills and crisis prevention services.
• Provide services to individual clients or groups of clients.
• Promote a positive and cooperative relationship with all outside contacts.
