Job summary

Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. is seeking a Behavioral Consultant (BC) and Mobile Therapist (MT) in Mount Union, PA to provide direct therapy to children and families. The role involves developing treatment plans, delivering therapeutic services, and applying the organization’s philosophy across practice.

Supervisory opportunities may be available for licensed staff. The position requires a Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, or social work, and licensure or BS licensure is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, or social work or related field.
• Licensed staff (LBS, LSW, LMSW, or LPC) or staff with BS Licensure preferred.
• Experience providing therapeutic services to youth and families.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; proficient in MS Office and EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Direct therapy/counseling with children, youth, and families.
• Develop and implement treatment plans.
• Adhere to YAP philosophy, mission, and core principles.
• Opportunities for licensed supervision may be available.
