The Atrium at Navesink Harbor in Red Bank, NJ is seeking a full-time Activities Aide to deliver therapeutic activity programs for residents. Responsibilities include planning and leading activities, organizing supplies, and documenting participation.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, and preferred certification from NCAP or NCTR along with about two years of related experience. Competitive benefits and full-time schedule offered.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certification from the National Council for Activity Professionals or National Council of Therapeutic Recreation preferred.
• Two years of experience in a similar role preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in organizing, developing, and directing all therapeutic activities for groups or individuals to meet residents' needs.
• Assist the Director in planning, organizing, and implementing therapeutic activities.
• Prepare supplies, participant lists, and schedules; escort residents to activities and conduct group activities.

Educación

High school diploma or equivalent

Certification from NCAP or NCTR preferred

2 Years experience in a similar role preferred
