Job summary

Qualifications

• Six months of experience as an Aide Trainee or equivalent care experience.
• You must meet PA residency requirements and be able to perform essential job functions.
• A conditional offer requires medical examination and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Activity Leadership: conduct planned therapeutic sessions and guide participants toward treatment goals.
• Progress Observation: document engagement and share updates with staff.
• Participant Support: provide individual encouragement to engage in programming.
• Safety Coordination: escort to locations and ensure safe use of supplies and equipment.
• Material Maintenance: maintain materials and space safety; request repairs as needed.
• Program Participation: attend planning meetings and contribute participant needs.
