Job summary

The Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center - James Cancer Hospital invites applications for Theranostics Program Manager. This role leads the development, expansion, and operational management of theranostic services across the health system, ensuring high-quality patient care while maintaining financial viability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology, Radiologic Sciences, Pharmacy, or healthcare related field required.
• Master’s degree or MBA in Healthcare Management, Radiopharmacy, or similar field preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
• 2+ years of leadership or management experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred.
• Direct experience with theranostics or radiopharmaceutical therapies highly preferred.
• Certifications/Licensure: CNMT, ARRT(N), Radiation Safety Officer (RSO), Nuclear Pharmacist, Board Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic planning, operational, financial, and business oversight of theranostic services across the health system.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and collaborate with physician leadership, medical directors, Director of Radiology, Director of Nursing, and senior leaders to ensure high-quality patient care and financial viability.
• Develop and operationalize the James clinical, academic, and research activities to support cancer strategic plan and goals through interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Drive regulatory compliance and innovation in molecular imaging and targeted therapies; ensure alignment with cancer center goals.
