Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation seeks an Executive Director for Theranostics Platform Enablement to align cross-functional strategies, strengthen RLT leadership, and enable future RLI-supported growth. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in pharmaceutical marketing/P&L, consulting, or related field.
• Experience leading large cross-functional initiatives across oncology, radioligand therapy, diagnostics, imaging, and market access.
• Ability to translate data and insights into executive-level decisions and prioritized actions.

Responsabilités

• Own and advance Theranostics platform enablement strategies to support current and future RLT/RLI leadership.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Medical, Market Access, Patient Services, Legal, Operations, Finance and Strategy to improve patient identification, referral flow, site readiness, treatment access, and customer experience.
• Translate analytics and ecosystem trends into prioritized actions across RLT and RLI pathways.
• Lead budgeting and resource alignment, up to $40M, for cross-functional initiatives.
• Develop and mentor two Associate Directors within Theranostics Platform Enablement.
