Base pay range

$30.00/hr - $50.00/hr

Required expertise and qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher (PhD preferred) in Chemistry or related field (can be currently enrolled)
• Research experience with peer-reviewed publications, patents, conference presentations, grants, or industry R&D contributions
• Proficiency in English reading and writing with minimal errors
• Bonus: AI model training experience (not required but helpful)

Payment

Rates for core project work range from $30 to $50 per hour USD, varying based on location, expertise, and project needs. Higher rates may be available for PhDs or based on performance. Additional projects may offer incentives or different rates.
