Required qualifications:

• Master’s degree or higher (PhD preferred) in Chemistry or related field (current enrollment acceptable).
• Research experience, including peer-reviewed publications, patents, conference presentations, research grants, or industry R&D contributions.
• Proficiency in English (reading and writing).

Preferred skills:

• AI model training experience (not required but advantageous).

Compensation:
